Robert DeAngelis

Robert DeAngelis has over 31 years experience as a program director of a Radiologic Technology School. After receiving his Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences in 1974, from the State University of New York at Downstate Medical Center he became the program director of a hospital-based Radiography program in Long Branch, New Jersey.

In 1984 he and his wife founded the Health and Allied Science Publishers to provide an outlet for the numerous simulated exams and books that he has written for the allied health fields. It is their desire to continue marketing products which will help health care professionals become registered in their chosen fields and provide a low-cost option to obtaining continuing education credits in the future. The company has just celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2024 by completely restructuring the way they have given the exams in the past by providing web based testing. In 2020, the company expanded their web-based offers to include their workbooks, allowing for more flexibility due to remote learning. In 2024 we have continued that expansion by offering exams and in various other fields of study outside of the ARRT such as the AAPC and Nursing.

2025 Expansion plans
We are planning to expand even further to provide a wider range of courses for a much more diverse set of exams and certifications. With the introduction of CTQ, we are aiming to solve the quantity over quality debate by offering both quantity AND quality.
